Make travel arrangements then create travel orders and vouchers for traveling personnel

Monitor project budgets to be sure there are available funds for travel, etc

Create PR&Cs for funds needed

Draft preliminary Informal Value Estimates being acquired for PF225 project

Order funds for tracts for PF225 project, send them to courts, then track them until they are deposited

Order title for PF 225 tracts, and when they are received, prepare them for review

Enter tracts for PF225 project in REMIS

Serve as timekeeper for Interagency Support Branch since August 2010, which includes monitoring labor code balances and notifying the PA when funds are low.

Instruct employees on the use of our new timekeeping system.

Track office equipment inventory (i.e. laptops, monitors, phones) by keeping up with the items on our hand receipt to insure that they stay in our area; or do property transfers if they are moved to another branch

Monitor any supplies or equipment needed for our branch and order through the proper channels

Keep track of deadlines on all reports and notify supervisors of imminent deadlines
