Leader for overall administration and operations:

• Assess staff, structure, and operations. Propose new strategy and structure to achieve optimal efficiencies from a personnel and financial perspective.

• Implement and maintain all accounting and production controls.

• Provide accounting support to the senior operations of Cargill.

• Administered all payroll and timekeeping functions for a 24/365 business. This included shift differentials, OT and double time calculations.
