Two years working experience fire protection projects executions in refinery and petrochemical plants.

1 1 year working as a MECHANICAL SITE engineer for structural and piping works in CPCL (Chennai petroleum corporation limited.) MANALI.

2 1 year working as a MECHANICAL engineer for fire protection systems for tanks forms, transformers, panel rooms, I have working and executed HVWS system, Rim seal fire protection systems, CO2 system for panels, water sprinkler systems.

3 RIM SEAL fire protection system was installed in 47 high volatile fluid tanks in CPCL MANALI and NAGAPATTINAM refinery.

4 HVWS (High velocity water sprinkler system) was installed in JBF petrochemicals limited Mangalore.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

1 Managing all activities of contractors.

2 Co ordination with client contractor & detail engineering office.

3 Monitoring production team.

4 Planning and monitoring the work for timely completion of the project.

5 Maintaining fit up &weld visual records for quality output from contractors.

6 Analysis the quality of work done by contractors.

7 Assure the lifting plan equipment, tools &tackles are in proper.

8 Check the alignment of piping and rotary equipment.

9 Assuring work is carried out as per P&ID, drawings and isometrics. Check the critical pipe supports.

10 Checking by radiography for welded joints (if required).

11 Execute insulation and paintings as per requirement.

12 Hydro or pneumatic test for pipe lines doing as per specification. Testing of pipelines as per commissioning procedure.

13 Measurement sheet preparation for billing clearance.

14 Solving technical issues in daily kick off meeting.

15 Vendor supply evaluation and contractor performance evaluation.

SAFETY COURSES:

NEBOSH IGC (National Examination Board of Occupational Health and Safety).

IOSH (Institution of Occupational Health and Safety). HABC level 2(Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance).
