My medical experience is based around working as a Nursing Assistant with UPMC Mercy Hospital. While employed with UPMC Mercy Hospital my duties were administering basic life-saving skills, obtaining vitals, managing sterile dressing, glucose monitoring and basic treatment, patient assessment, assess vitals, proper patient chart documentation, proper communication with physicians and other medical staff.

I was a Pennsylvania State Certified EMT-B since 2001. However I recently allowed my certification to expire. I volunteered with Ross / West View ambulance service. I am trained in administering basic life-saving skills, obtaining vitals, sterile dressing, glucose monitoring and basic treatment, patient assessment, trauma assessment, assess vitals, proper patient chart documentation, proper communication with physicians and other medical staff, and administering patient medication.

My other clerical experience consisted of working with the States Attorney General Office as a Paralegal; working with a non-profit organization as a Customer Service Representative and being employed with PNC Bank as a data entry and check processor. I was also an Administrative Assistant. My Administrative Assistant duties ranged from: answering incoming calls, preparing invoices for payment, contact contractors and relay information to the maintenance staff, sort emergency maintenance calls and inform maintenance, prepare the Regional Manager’s credit statements, handle all corporate and resident, maintain proper and accurate payment records and files, incoming and outgoing correspondence, sort incoming mail, handle lot rent and mortgage payments from the residents, deposit lot rent and mortgage payments daily, maintain resident files, set up and sign leases for new and current residents, collect bad debit from residents, handle and follow-up on any violations within the community, handle resident complaints and questions, develop and maintain monthly delinquency reports, write and maintain the community monthly newsletter and devise and write the emergency preparedness plan for the community as well as any other duties the office and regional manager requested.
