ROUTINE FUNCTION:

Admission of Patient in ICU

Transfer of patient from one unit to another

Use of PA system in ICU including “Code Blue” announcements

Process to send references, communication with other department

To use HIS for Pharmacy and store intents

ICU Medication Policy, Blood Transfusion Policy

Sending Lab investigations & Collecting lab reports

Nursing documentation, Waste disposal

Use of Crashcart, Intubation trolley, medicine trolley, fried medications

General assessment of the patient

Maintaining Daily Billing activity Sheet.
