Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products: Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields of mechanical.

Carrying out the inspection of piping and piping component, columns, cranes, boiler ESP. Toaster, tanks, oiler structure, electro static precipitator, pressure vessel etc.

Conducting and verifying line pipe PQT in field and Lab for Pipeline manufacturer and field joint coating.

Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. Installation, field-testing (DCVG & CIP survey) and commissioning of CP.

Verifying & conducting audit for Refractory Installation contractor activities

Verifying Insulation Inspector activities (Cold Insulation & Hot insulation & Fire Proofing).

Providing training and qualifying coating, PFP & TSA applicators and performers.

Verifying Coating Inspector activities (painting systems above 20 types of paint systems including TSA & Galvanizing).

Carrying out Installation of Corrosion monitoring tools like coupons, Probes and of Inhibitor injection quills. Possess knowledge of Corrosion testing& mechanics along with surface characterization to identify different forms of corrosion.

Evaluation and Interpretation of ND examination in PT, MT, U.T, RT & LT methods.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report. Prepare quality assurance plan (QAP) as per the project specification.

Control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.

Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.

Prepare and review NDT, coating plan and heat treatment, metal inspection, fit up and stage inspection.

Prepare and review WPQTand Procedure Qualification records (PQR).

Working on the vendor visits ensure in the continual process of Improvements.

Perform QA/QC activities in:

oCleaning, Gauging and Pigging and Hydro test of pipeline

oMaintenance Painting by Survey analyses

Brief Description: The Upper Zakum field is located in the Gulf, 84 kilometers offshore Abu Dhabi and recognized as the second-largest field in the Gulf and the fourth-largest in the world. Estimated to $2 billion capital expenditure the upgrade of Upper Zakum is part of ADNOC’s long term strategy to increase Abu Dhabi‘s production capacity from 2.8 million b/d to 3.5 million b/d.

GRASSROOTS REFINERY PROJECT AT PARADIP (ORISSA).

Project Detail – Brief Description: A 15 MMTPA refinery is being constructed at Paradip in Orissa. The refinery will have, apart from a Crude and Vacuum Distillation Unit, a Hydrocracking Unit, a Delayed Coker Unit and other secondary processing facilities. This will be the most modern refinery in India with a nil-residue production, and the products would meet stringent specifications.

Project Detail – The Stones development is located along the Walker Ridge protraction area in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Shell intends to develop the field using a disconnectable FPSO, tied to a subsea development. The FPSO will be based on a Suezmax size, double hull tanker.

INPEX Operations Australia Pty, Ltd. (INPEX)ICHTHYS GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT. Project TheIchthys field is located in the Browse Basin, north-westcoast of Western Australia, in a cyclonic area.

Project Detail – The turret and mooring system is constructing for new building of a non disconnectable FPSO system, which shall enable the FPSO to operate, and maintain the FPSO on station OF survival cyclonic storm condition.

Project Detail – This project is a revamp of existing facilities to support an increase in oil production from the new ADCO facilities and accommodate up to 150 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of additional associated gas from the existing Asab, Shah and Sahil oil fields. Technip is responsible for the installation of a new booster compression station, transfer lines, debottlenecking of existing ASAB 0 facilities and diverting feed flow from ASAB 0 to ASAB I/II by installing a new compressor, transfer lines and other associated facilities.

Project Detail – ASAB, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Abu Dhabi Gas Industries (GASCO) Integrated Gas Development (IGD) project - Ruwais in Abu Dhabi

Project Detail – As part of the project, new NGL train with a capacity of 27,000t/d of NGL and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Six cryogenic LPG storage tanks (three propane and three butane) with a capacity of 110,000m3 will also be installed at the Ruwais plant.

In addition, two ambient paraffin naphtha storage tanks with a capacity of 90,000m will be added to the plant.

Dolphin Energy Taweelah – Fujairah cross country gas pipeline, UAE.

Project Detail – The Taweelah – Fujairah pipeline is an 244 kilometers (152 mi) long 48-inch (1,219 mm) pipeline between Taweelah gas receiving facilities and Fujairah to feed a new Fujairah power and desalination plant. It will be the longest overland natural gas pipeline in the United Arab Emirates. The $418 million contract was awarded to Stroytransgaz. Coated line pipes are supplied by Salzgitter Mannesmann International.
