Each semester, I encouraged my students to participate into the Book per Semester organized by Professor Hamid Akbari.

I brought my students each year to and contributed to the International Business Conference, organized each year by Professor Hofler, I received David Zoogha to talk about doing international business in Africa.

I was a member of the Faculty Senate at NEIU from Fall 2013- Spring 2014.

I was Chair of the Advisory Library Committee at NEIU.

I had been Advisor of the Students’ National Society for Leadership and Success Chapter at NEIU in 2012 and 2013.
