Daily responsibilities include developing a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion, purchasing for upcoming projects based on field measurements, track and control schedule and associated costs to achieve project completion within time frame and budget, negotiate change orders as necessary and report to owners about progress and any necessary modifications of plans. BALTIC TRAIL ENGINEERING, Burlington, MA May 2016 – October 2016 Contract Position - Senior Project Manager

Contract position for 6 months. Primary client was a major New England based international super market company, Stop & Shop, to help establish and maintain an efficient operation for construction, refrigeration and HVAC solutions for acquisitions in the New York area. Performed project management oversight, budget planning, capital equipment expenditure planning, and facilities systems and project expense control. Lead internal and external project teams from inception to successful implementation. Coordinated with architects, engineers and consultants to provide appropriate preliminary and final detailed drawings and specifications. Conducted periodic on-site inspections in observations of work during construction to assure compliance with plans and specifications and adherence to regulatory and safety rules, guidelines and work schedules. Project Leader responsible for scope, schedules and construction budgets for Tenants within the company portfolio of leased space.
