Managed various international relocation programs for colleagues including France, Switzerland, England, Brazil and US, including the management of visa and work permit requirements domestically and abroad.

●Reorganized the global R&D team, managed restructuring and relocation, cultural alignment, and led targeted fit assessment for purpose of talent acquisition.
