Senior Global HR Business Partner for 800 employees(hourly and salaried) across 12 global Research and Development sites, advising on organization strategy in a highly matrixed environment. Directed change management initiatives, employee engagement, organizational design, reorganizations and restructurings.

●Drove successful people integration through 9 acquisitions, most recently the 2016 purchase and merger of P&G’s beauty brands.

●Initiated, led and executed the strategic compensation element that fit with the overall organization design following the acquisition of P&G’s beauty business. Led global HR partners, with the assistance of a large national consulting firm, in the development of total compensation packages by both level and geography. Conducted side-by-side discussions of base salary, bonus and benefits to keep contractual agreements.

●Developed an attraction and retention strategy to maintain intellectual property and business intelligence for the Clairol® Hair Care relocation from Ohio to New Jersey. Managed various international relocation programs for colleagues including France, Switzerland, England, Brazil and US, including the management of visa and work permit requirements domestically and abroad.

●Reorganized the global R&D team, managed restructuring and relocation, cultural alignment, and led targeted fit assessment for purpose of talent acquisition.
