For over 25 years I have worked at the highest level of fashion and interior design. As a “strategic developer”, I am able to manage retailing, marketing, sales, team leadership, stores management, training activities.

My ‘expertise” is “international: Europe, USA, Asia with various top international brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and Andree Putman interiors among others. My experience covers many important areas involving marketing, retail and wholesale activities. Employees: make them understand designs when hiring, training, motivating and rewarding them to bring their skills / productivity levels in line with the goals of the company. I enjoy working from the core identification of the niche in the market to following the final concept through design, planning, development and control of interiors, fashion or corporate programs. I understand also how to manage one store structure independently than another one, belonging to the same group.

Having set up and run my own independent interior, production design and event planning organization in the south of France for many years, I also understand the constraints of small business.
