Currently Expansion of MARAFIQ STG 5 & 6, under the main Contractor HANWA and the Project Consultant is JACOB (US based Company). Our Company is dealing with all the Mechanical Based Works for the Power Plant.

Position : QC Inspector for Piping

My role include but not limited such as Material Inspection, Conducting Hydro Tests, and Visual Inspections of Welding Joints. Conducting RT (Radio Graphic Tests). UT (Ultrasonic Tests), NDT Tests like PT, MT etc. also coordinating PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) as per the requirement for each package. Coordination and arranging scaffoldings and necessary requirements for NDT Processes. Also conducting of Inspections like Fit-up joints and weld visual Inspections. Preparing Request for Inspection (RFI). Conducting Pipeline Tracking, Line Checking and Conducting Inspections along with the main Contractor and the Client QC Inspectors. Clearing the Punch List as per the Clients and Main Contractors given Punch List. Also conducting Hydro Test for different Packages after the clearing pr Punch List. Preparing different documents like Fit-Up Report, Weld Visual Inspection Reports to the Clients and all other QC related documents. Conducting WQT (Welders Qualification Test) and issuing WQT approved welders ID.

Building Projects

Work: As per the Design Drawings provided by the Architects/Engineers we are modeling the Structural Steel frames of building using beams, columns etc. of specified size with bolted or welded connections as per requirement. After Modeling we go for Detailing these part drawing files with required dimensions which included sheets for Erection (sheets showing more details, position & locations of members) also using the CNC Program. We are providing (created automatically by X-Steel Software as per our model) the steel members are cut in CNC machines thus reducing manual effort. Checking the model and par drawing file as per Design Drawing is another important part of our work. For any missing information in Design we can submit RFI to the Architects. The Projects we are dealing weighs more than 600 Tons.

My Role:- Modeling as per Project Manager’s requirements, To check the Model as well as Part Drawing Files as per Design Drawings so as to reduce the Project issues, Detailing Part Drawings Files.

Our Team:- Our Team Comprises of six members leaded by Project Manager. Each members are flexible to perform any talk related to Projects & working with utmost care for the successful completion of Projects.
