Professional Skill development and training center

I (Adesh Chauhan) bought Vehicle registration No. DL3CBU8087 (Wagno R LXI) through True Value showroom located at Mathura Road, Delhi on 09 June'2017.

I am in regular touch with your team ROHAN MOTORS (Mr. Praveen Chauhan) regarding the transfer of RC in my name, time frame committed to me 30 days from the purchase date but its >120 days and till now no confirmation received. I feed-up with the fake commitments made by team ROHAN motors (Mr. Praveen Chauhan) in each conversation.

Now, it’s not possible for me to drive the car on road it is standing ideally because I don't have RC and due to same I am not able to do the insurance of vehicle too. I got warning for local police multiple times when I used this car on road.

Conclusion of this is that after paying the complete amount I am not able to use the car.

The reason to accelerate the issue is because at team Rohan motors - mathura Road, Delhi. No one care about the customer once the payment taken. I am in regular touch from the month of Jun'17 since I bought car from there, now I realized that is biggest mistake of my life. I trusted the brand name Maruti but finally came to know that the service level of Maruti true value is very pathetic. Sorry to use such language but If you will be in my shoes will feel the same. I bought car after paying 3lac amount but I am not able to use it from last 4months, parked ideally in my home because RC not received. I wrote mail at all possible levels in Rohan motors - mathrua Road with believe that after complaining in written may be some action will be taken to resolve my issue. But no result, because I paid hole amount and company not bothered about my concern. Now, I am tired and not able to do any further follow-up.

So, it is requested, pls return my money back and take your car. I don't want to continue with this brand product any more.

Hope you will take immediate action to return my money.
