• Provide input to design and manufacturing documentation including material specifications, drawings, inspection procedures, and manufacturing procedures, during the New Program Initiation

• Support with statistical and six sigma tools to determine root cause investigation processes

• Maintains an exceptional Material Review Board (MRB) program

• Leads and supports process and quality improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology to improve teams to reduce waste and improve efficiencies throughout the operation

Aeronautical Engineering Senior Manager

Managed the Design Standardization IPT which was responsible for the development, updating, coordinating, releasing, and maintenance of the Airframe Structural Design Standards and Airframe System Installation Design Standards, Policies, and Procedures. Production Engineering Manager

Palmdale/Edwards site engineering lead for F-22 Modification and Configuration Management issues. The

Engineering representative (MRB authority) for F-22 Modification Program. Did extensive support for all non-conformances for the F-22 during the Modification program (working TCTOs, Flight Test Request, Engineering Inspections Requests, QARS and AEAs). In addition I was the AS9100, AS9102, AS9103, and AS91101 POC for F-22 Program at Palmdale and supported CTF at Edwards for F-22 Flight Test, CM and Modifications. Maintained test article configuration to assure components were level four or higher on EOFC data.
