Senior Director of Program Management (2014 – September 2017) Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) / The Woodlands

Enhanced Emerus’s project management maturity by introducing executive reporting and KPIs, expanding talent and leading strategic initiatives.

• Created the Project Management Office (PMO). Led four program managers plus report writer. Implemented the strategy for the project management team to accelerate growth.

• Expanded the portfolio of new hospital openings into Colorado, Idaho and Nevada.

• Developed the strategy and change management plan to integrate acquisitions into Operations.

• Introduced the Portfolio Management strategy to identify, prioritize and track corporate initiatives.

Motorola 1998 – 2011

Principle Program Manager, Global Supply Chain (2010 – 2011)

Motorola Cellular Networks Division, Fort Worth, TX

Led a global team to introduce new CDMA, Core, LTE and AWT (small cell) products into production at Motorola factories in the US, Mexico, China and Malaysia. Responsible for schedule, quality, product cost and order fulfillment during ramp-up.

• Was the point of contact within Motorola for 55 product launches in factories globally. Interfaced with Product Management, Engineering, Factories and Supply Chain support functions.

• Managed a team of ten in the US and China who supported product launches in my portfolio.

• Played a key role in process development. Introduced a lesson learned process, conversion cost estimation process, on-time prototype shipment metric and customer satisfaction survey.

• Was responsible for 93% on-time shipment of 10,000 LTE products for field trials. Over a six year time-frame, the estimated revenue of new products introduced was $4.5 billion.

• Led selection of prototype and production factories, component sourcing strategy, factory test plan, risk management plan plus cost, schedule and resource estimates for new products.

• Approved product/project scope changes and initial shipments to customers.

Program Manager, Global Supply Chain (2005 – 2010)

Motorola Cellular Networks Division, Fort Worth, TX

Launched new CDMA cellular network equipment to full-scale production in the Americas and Asia.

• Led the on-time introduction of six market-critical products to factories in China, Mexico and the US. Interfaced with Hardware Development teams in the US and India. Products contributed to revenue potential of approximately $500 million.

• Led a Greenbelt project to effectively take hardware products developed by an outsourced engineering firm into production within Motorola factories. Project scope included Supply Chain, Development Engineering, Professional Services and IT.

Systems and Marketing Manager, Global University Relations (2002 – 2005)

Provided global Internet/intranet and marketing solutions to promote Motorola’s university relations and recruitment within and outside the company.

• Accomplished 80% reduction in the cost, resources and time required to implement Motorola’s college recruiting collateral for global distribution.

• Overhauled a system to store and report university research investments and activities globally. Captured over $1.5 million in expenditures in the first eight months of use.
