Designed, developed, and released electro-mechanical part designs for offshore manufacturing. Injection molded plastics & sheet metal designing, drafting using ProE Creo; 3D CAD, 2D drawings along with geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T). Bench-marking and tear-down analysis of the competitors’ products to bridge the innovation gap in the market.

oSuccessfully redesigned parts as per Engineering change notices (ECN) to reduce the manufacturing cost up to 12% using DFM technologies.

oReviewed and approved initial production samples, prototypes, analyzed and tested the field returns to determine the root cause of failure, proposed/implemented the corrective actions checking the feasibility of the design.
