Correlated, created, organized, & implemented the drafting, CAD, & computer programming of corrosion modeling locations for UT/X-ray scans for accurate data modeling.

Structured a risk-based mechanical integrity program designed to lower risk & increase profitability within operations for the phosphoric acid units of Four Corners, FL & Faustina, LA. Accurately modeled the chemical & mechanical fatigue for the phosphoric acid units & worked extensively with Plant Condition Monitoring System ™ to evaluate inspection intervals, calculate minimum thickness measurements, & RBI intervals.
