Create a system to facilitate online the mortgage origination process and offer the ability to lock in rates as well as provide status updates throughout the loan process.

Provide a system for automated tracking and delivery of lending pre-closing documents as required by compliance for mortgages.

This applications provides various functionality for MLO search/Branch application, Pre-Qual / Application, Purchase /Refinance /CP applications, and provides different products like Fixed/ARM/State housing/FHA/VA .

Equator Financial Solutions provides Wells Fargo and Institutional sellers with software to manage and sell foreclosed homes. As Foreclosed Homes are marketed they appear in real-time on the Foreclosure Listing Service (FLS). Buyers can then access the most current information available on Foreclosed Homes Nationwide

Equator works on main 3 workstation portals listed below:-

Lender workstation: The most versatile and comprehensive workstation available to manage and sell foreclosure properties. This real-time workstation uses configurable "Best Practice" business logic, connects with current systems and provides distributed workflows for everyone to work together online.

Agent workstation: A comprehensive workstation with everything agents need to receive listings, manage and sell properties.

Foreclosure Listing Service (FLS): Equator Foreclosure Listing Service (FLS) is a Nationwide Marketplace for Lenders, Institutional Sellers and Agents to list and transact on their Foreclosed Homes.


3.Real Estimate Loan Management System (RELMS) July 2006 – May 2010

Real Estate Loan Management System (RELMS) is an internal application built for Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate group. The purpose of the project is to build a credit origination platform for Real Estate businesses in Wholesale Banking: The Real Estate Group (REG), Real Estate Merchant Banking (REMAG), Middle Market Real Estate (MMRE), Commercial Lending Division (CLD), CMO, Home Finance Group (HFG), Home Builder Finance (HBF), Real Estate Merchant Banking (REMB).

Objective of system is to provide a streamlined end-to-end workflow process and eventually to reduce duplicate data input. RELMS is integrated with the iCEO platform and can be accessed via the ICEO or directly.

Loan processing is having the five phases Acquire/Qualify phase, Create /Underwrite phase & Documentation phase, approval Phase, Booking Phase and Loan Maintenance phase. RELMS is enriched with the feathers like Tasks are activities that must be performed according to the defined process within the system and reports which helps the end user to generate the report for their portfolio.

4.IFR (Information Management Reporting System) Nov 2005 – June 2006

IFR is Cash Management system used by customers of Wachovia Corporation. Wachovia has pursued this business initiative in order to give its customers an innovative, value–added solution for obtaining cash management information that is both comprehensive and robust. IFR Contains three important functionalities Account Summary, Cash Position and Transaction Search. User can enter filter parameters to view above functionalities. The web application has interface with various other actors like SQL Server, MQ Series, Right Fax, Imaging System, Mainframe, DB2 and other COM components developed by Wachovia.

5.Fierce Dec 2004 – Oct 2005

Client : JPMC Cognizant Tech India Solutions

Role : Offshore Module Lead

FIERCE is a web-based application supporting clearance (delivery and receive vs. payment) of fixed income securities through various depositories like FED, DTCC. There is an existing application, BDAS, which has been developed on VAX/VMS. The project involved migration the existing BDAS application into a web environment. The new application being developed will be called FIERCE.

The systems supporting the Broker Dealer Services (BDS) unit are collectively known as the Broker/Dealer Automation System (BDAS). The core business functions provided by BDAS are all processing related to the clearance (delivery and receive vs. payment) of fixed income securities through various depositories and the related tri-party collateral processing associated with the resultant security positions. The project involves migration of the existing BDAS application into a web environment. The new application being developed will be called Global Collateral Hub (GCH).

6.CRM –Sales Infrastructure Sept 2004 - Nov 2004

CRM application used by JPMC Sales Staff to Store Key Information about current and prospective clients. Customer Relationship Management is specially made for Sales/ Marketing team of J.P.Morgan Chase. The product is indented to give a complete information guide to the sales and marketing team about their clients, which includes client portfolio management, product interest, and value of business and personnel details. It enhances the communication between client and the company .It is one step forward towards customer satisfaction.

7.SASIXP – e-learning system Nov 2003 – Aug 2004

SASI (Schools Administrative Student Information) or SASI Student Information System is a computer program developed by Macro Educational Computer Systems, who was acquired by National Computer Systems (NCS) and NCS was acquired by Pearson in 1997. The cross-platform system provides administrators and educators with access to student demographics, attendance, schedules, discipline, grades, extended test histories, and state reporting codes.[1][2] Features of SASI include SASIxp, InteGrade Pro, classroom XP, and Parent Access. In 2003, more than 16,000 schools nationwide used the software.[3]
