Worked with the various M & A deal teams and work streams in the evaluation of a newly acquired business.

Played a key role in the due diligence and Balance Sheet scrubbing of the acquired 85 entities of ALICO from AIG.

Reviewed and determined the accuracy of all transfer pricing and intercompany charges between the parent AIG and ALICO as well as ALICO and the individual countries.

Review accounting policies and worked to harmonize the treatment of all Balance Sheet accounting upon transfer of ownership.

Participated as a leading contributor to the successful integration and achievement of syngicies with in Met Life and the overlap entities. All overlap entities were successfully eliminated and consolidated within a year of acquisition
