under pressure to perform high-volume production work during peak workload periods.

I perform detailed work using the prescribed procedures set forth. I work with and

maintain confidentiality of all DMV’s customer information. I collect, compile and

to go back and edit some data previously entered in a database to update

information that may have changed. I handle all in-coming complaints either in

writing or with a call back to ensure complete, professional and world class

premier customer service. This provides assurances to the customer that their

problem is being resolved. I have been working for and dealing with the public for

many years. My personal goal is to ensure every customer is provided with premier

support in order to have a satisfied customer. I have received several GEMS and a

letter of accommodation for proving such good customer service. I possess excellent

writing and oral skills. I also possess excellent keyboarding, computer concepts,

computer software (Excel, Word, and Access), office operations and data entry. I

work very well either independently or as part of a team to ensure work is done in

an accurate and timely fashion. I have often worked in other work centers within

Administrative Services Administration. I consider myself to be very versatile

person and take great pride in learning new things and performing with a “PEAK”

attitude. I am often asked to work overtime in other work centers to catch up their

work load or to ensure stated deadlines on special projects are met.
