Here is a brief history of my past professional experience:

I have been installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, repairing, programming, and teaching in the Information Technology field for 15 + years. I have a degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science plus I am A+ and NET+ certified and a C N A. I have many certifications in both hardware and software from HP, IBM, Compaq, Dell, AST, Toshiba, Microsoft, Lotus, and Sony; this includes Printers, Servers, Palmtops, Desktop PC’s, and Laptops. I know hardware requirements for most of the available software titles used in the market place.

I have setup and supported most of the Microsoft software products as well as most of the old and new operating systems. I have created managerial reporting systems using many popular database programs (i.e.…Dbase, Clipper, Solomon, Fox Pro, SQL, and Access), along with formula and macro intensive spreadsheets (i.e.…Excel, Works, VisiCalc, and Lotus), created managerial reports, government reports, and tax reports using various report writers and query languages. I have maintained “C++” coded systems and created many forms and screens using Visual Basic, Crystal, and various query languages.

Working for En Pointe, I was onsite at Northrop/Grumman and Mobil Oil where I performed the function of a warranty repair technician, new product consultant, and executive sales consultant. I worked closely with HP, IBM, Compaq, Dell and various other electronics manufactures as an onsite troubleshooter, new product installer, and general customer service representative.

My primary objective is to secure a position allowing me the opportunity to assume responsibility and exercise independent judgment. I am confident in my ability to manage and communicate with all levels of employees of any company. I have proven skills in managing projects and people and actually prefer this type of challenge.
