1-Human Resources

Recruitment

1-Organize advertising (using most effective methods), recruitment interviewing and selection processes.

2-Ensure timely and quality recruitment methods to conduct interviews, using competency-based interviews or other techniques, and use appropriate assessments.

3-Follow up the hiring date and the candidate's performance in the first 3 months.

4-manage the entire Labors recruitment cycle with a view of attracting and hiring talented candidates.

6-Participating as a representative for the company in many of the Job Fairs.

Attendance

Contracts

-Check with the accepted candidates their hiring documents, and send them complete to the HQ.

-Handling signing new contracts, hiring applications, Form1 and opening new account at bank.

-Designing, renewing & ending local & foreign employees’ contracts system which is equivalent to the countries law & the companies policies including all the related procedures, policies & regulations.

Governmental social insurance & Labor Office

Handling all the social insurance issues: pension, medical, sickness, injury, forms #01 (Recruitment), #02 (Annual Updates) and #06 (Discharge), injury, normal & early retirement, with all the related payments & representing the company during their inspection visits with fully legal responsibility.

Responsible for handling all government related issues with labor office & any governmental issues.

Resignations

-Receive the resignations from the managers, Handling form 6 signature with the resigned employee.

-Handling signing the end of contract and the probation letters with employees, also follow up with the Social insurance Office till End.

Polices & Regulations

Working Regulation: Standardizing the internal work regulations of both subsidiaries with an aim of alignment with the law (policies and procedures of the disciplinary actions, working hours, etc.

Internal Regulation: Preparing and executing the company policies, regulations and procedures.

Orientations, links & complains channels: Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion & employee benefits.

2-Payroll : Salaries & Compensations, Benefits systems

-Working professional on ORACLE payroll program, ERP system & any other payroll system.

-Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal & company requirements.

-Preparing and ensuring monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions (hires, resignations & termination, leaves, loans, overtime, penalties, incentive, special bonus, deductions, extra payments, taxes, insurance and labor law allowances etc.)

-Handling all the related procedures with banks for making staff bank accounts ( selection for best banks, deals, benefits & internal cash machine)

4-Administration

-Booking airplane tickets, hotels rooms, renting cars & Visas of employees & foreign consultants’ Medical system – Administration supervision on outside sites of the company.

Handling all types of private insurance (Medical, accident, life, theft, cars) starting from studying & negotiating offers until issuing the obeyed policy.
