Mechanical Supervisor / Foreman, Project Management Team

Orchestrate bottom-line factors affecting Construction/Project Management functions encompassing team leadership, staff development, competitive bid development, estimation, construction, and financial performance/budget management. Analyze and review construction related documents including surveys, blue prints, bid comparisons, change orders, and contracts. Review and process shop drawings and submittals to ensure required approvals from Engineers or Architects are received.

Facilitate and conduct meetings with Project Engineers to communicate specifications, calculate field measurements and calibrations, ensure special orders are delivered in a timely manner, and project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

Successfully oversee construction projects through complete lifecycle, perform quality inspections, supervise sub-contractors, implement corrective actions, inspect finished project, and complete acceptance criteria checklists.

Direct pay request process, monitor project costs and job cost reports to ensure budget requirements are achieved, screen project labor and vendor performance, and analyze/approve materials and required equipment to complete the project.
