(EPHH is an international Joint Venture Company between Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum (shareholders as PETROJET 27.5%, ENPPI 12.5%, and THARWA 10%) and Chinese shareholder Sichuan Hong Hua Petroleum Equipment co. with 50%, Specialized in manufacturing and Assembly of all Land & offshore Rigs with different capacities. EPHH had also obtained international certificates of the quality management system ISO 9001/2008 and OHSAS 18001/2007 as well as obtaining other professional certificates API Q1, API 4F and API 11E.

General Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Egyptian Chairman and Chinese Managing Director.

Acting as company Vice president for all responsibilities, Duties, Bank signatures and Tasks.

Provide expertise in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial deals.

Working closely with the factory management, Procurement, Sales/Business development, Admin and HR departments.
