(EPHH is an international Joint Venture Company between Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum (shareholders as PETROJET 27.5%, ENPPI 12.5%, and THARWA 10%) and Chinese shareholder Sichuan Hong Hua Petroleum Equipment co. with 50%, Specialized in manufacturing and Assembly of all Land & offshore Rigs with different capacities. General Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Egyptian Chairman and Chinese Managing Director.
Acting as company Vice president for all responsibilities, Duties, Bank signatures and Tasks.
Provide expertise in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial deals.
