Plans and prepares schedules for production components. Reviews / analyses KANBAN, MRP output reports and online screens to determine valid requirements. Approves and releases work orders to shop floor for components, and other non-component projects requiring materials or labor (R &D, Jigs, etc). Components include components required for equipment production, and after sales support (parts and service)

Resolve these issues to assure the integrity of inventory and MRP accuracy. This includes recording of quantities and time for work order completion.

Proactively monitors component availability and work with purchasing to ensure on time delivery of all required components.

Maintains perpetual inventory system from manufactured components.

Works with other manufacturing support organizations (i.e., Procurement, Production Support engineering) and operations personnel to resolve issues.

Performs Master Scheduler duties regarding Production Schedules and revisions as necessary and appropriate to this position.
