Responsible for reviewing Avionics test data for the Independent Readiness Review Team (IRRT). Conducted independent technical analyses and pedigree reviews, provided an assessment of technical risk based on knowledge and expertise in the area of spacecraft design and manufacturing. Evaluated build history books, spacecraft integration and test processes, contamination control processes, electrical and payload interfaces, design documentation and lessons learned to identify mission risks with respect to spacecraft. Provided risk mitigation recommendations to the IRRT Team Leaders on the GPS IIF, WGS, AEHF, CNOFS and SBIRS GEO programs with respect to space flight worthiness of satellite payload avionics flight hardware. During the Wideband Global Satellite (WGS) payload pedigree review, led a review team that produced 962 questions which mitigated several technical issues.
