I always seek a position where I can be challenged. I love working with less supervision and can deal with heavy pressure and difficult bosses.

Profile Statement

For nearly 21 years now, I have always been a Legal Assistant/Secretary with big and small law firms, including telecommunication company (television, telephony, pay tv, broadband, etc), reputable banks, government agency, dental clinic, etc.

I am passionate with handling the Records Management area of the firm. Most of the big legal firms that I have worked for recognised my hard work. One big law firm gave me an Outstanding mark during my performance reviews for straight nine (9) years.

Common sense is always my practice when I do my tasks. As long as I am given the proper full training on the job I have to do, I can work with great confidence and could finish the job before the deadline.

Attention to detail is my forte. I can handle at one time 2 Partners, 2 Senior Associates and 2 Lawyers. Confidentiality is a must in my role. I always make a plan before I do anything and if plan A does work I try plan B.

I have a typing speed of 100 WPM with 99% accuracy. My shorthand speed is 80 WPM with 99% accuracy. I have an excellent data entry skill with 100% accuracy.
