I am the Application Analyst for all the Hospital Bedside software. I support all the Philips monitors, the. Amcom (SPOK) messenger middleware software, the Voalte and Vocera devices, and the Responder 5 Team/Nurse call system.

The hospital just recently opened two new wings and I made sure all the units were properly trained and educated on all the applications. I tested each application from ground zero making sure everything worked properly.

I have trained the housekeeping employees all the way up to the Doctors and Nurses. We use Service now to keep track of the tickets. I am an the on call rotation for the department.

I was the Project manager for the Amcom messenger and the Voalte device applications.

I was the Clinical Application Support for a Lawson Surgical Tracking System. I developed, supported, and maintained the software product. I trained and worked with the Doctors, Nurses Vendors and the Central Processing staff. I maintained the hardware specifications for the in house application I maintained all the reports and documentation for the SharePoint site of the department.

I have knowledge of creating and posting Crystal Reports into the Lawson Portal. I was the ESS Portal support Analyst. I managed the information that was posted into the Portal for Departmental and user information. I was the Share point Administrator for our department also. All the reports that were in the Infonet were done using Frontpage. So I had the opportunity to work with the SharePoint Team and create new Word documents to make the SharePoint site more manageable.

I was the Webpage designer for multiple departments. I created a web page for them so they can promote their department for other units and users to see on the Infonet

I was on the Lawson Support Team for the Mobile Supple Chain Management application. (Par and Cycle, Receiving and Delivery and Surgical Instrument Tracking). I am familiar with LBI. Pulse, Employee Self Service (ESS), Security. Scheduled Reports. Year-end Inventory counting. I helped with other Lawson Team members to create all the Security in the Lawson applications. We built from scratch how the users were able to log into the application and what menus and fields they had access to.

We also remotely supported our end users. I used Landesk to take control of their computers in order to help them with their issues

I was also the Analyst that supported Kronos Time clocks I updated the firmware and also made sure all the time clocks throughout the organization stayed online. I helped with installing the clocks as well as installing the application on the end users pc’s.

I also used Microsoft Access database to extract data for reporting purposes. The software applications were limited on the reporting functions so we had to either use Crystal and/or access to produce the reports for the departmental Managers.
