CONTROL INCOMING AND OUTGOING CORRESPONDENCE

Keep the register for incoming and outgoing correspondence

Distribute correspondence and faxes to the relevant officials.

Confirm that sent documents are received.

MANAGE AND CONTROL THE DIARY OF THE FACILITY INFORMATION OFFICER

Make appointment for the Facility Information officer

Make travel arrangements, Venue and accommodation booking for the meetings

Take down messages of the Facility Information Officer while she is out of the office.

Respond to urgent matters in the absence of the Facility Information Officer

Remind the Facility Information Officer about meeting and correspondence.
