Network Segmentation and NAC) this was primary project to defend against cyber-attacks by designing, implementing, securing and hardening Merck’s Global Infrastructure. The following technologies utilized were relatively new and consisted of Cisco’s Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI Fabric) with Nexus 9K and 7K Core Spine and Leaf Switches, Network Access Control (NAC) for wired and wireless networks was designed and implemented leveraging ISE capabilities and Cisco Firepower FP9300 Next Generation security appliances.
