Engineering Department

Responsibilities consist of reviewing the engineer job package before releasing to our construction department. That process consisted of checking the drawings for accuracy of placing or removing telephone cable, etc. to customer location. Once that process was completed had to input into the system to price and release job to all departments.

Upon the request of the customer had to compose and send letter for their signature agreeing to the cost of work in question. Had to track the job until completed then release completion to our billing department to bill customer.

Handle damage billing work orders which consist of pulling timesheets, invoices and reviewing for accuracy. Once package is completed release to billing department for billing.

Maintain filling system of pending and completed work orders. Answer and direct telephone calls.
