Visit the ongoing Projects to introduce to contractors with detailed information, generate inquiry collect BOQ along with specs and drawings.

Review the specs and BOQ’s and prepare a proposal, which include Compliance, Data Sheets and bench mark Quotation, based on information provided.

Submit technical submittal along with pre-qualifications as per project requirements.

Send weekly reports to BDM along with comments from the following projects or consultant.

Submit samples related subject to contractors once pricing is approved.

Review the pending issues pertaining to inquiries generated or related samples.

Coordinate with suppliers for any urgent issues to save the time gap on rush projects.

Submit the quotations along with samples with proper presentation.

Informative to the consultant on products, technical details to get the approvals.

Quickly Follow with contractors once approval has done push to place an order with lucrative discounts than the competitors.

To see material to be delivered on proper time without any delay.

Follow on payments advance and after delivery payments.

Follow-up on pending issues on payments or LC once the material is delivered and invoices submitted.

Follow on credit applications with the department handling the preceding issues.
