Professionally worked 20+yrs. in the completions operations sector. As a Completion & Interventions Wellsite Leader I have supervised 10mm to 100+mm projects with 10 to 30 contract personnel on location. Working with multiple teams, managers, engineering, regulatory, logistics, technical sales, contractors, to achieve objectives pertaining to critical planning and execution. Reading and interpreting open hole MWD/LWD and cased hole logs (PNL, Gamma, CBL, CCL etc.) for zonal isolation and packer placement. HPHT completions with PNP & OHMS installations utilizing the latest wellbore technology in TCP & E/Line perforating, well fracturing applications and smart well completions. Rig and Rig-less operations utilizing Coil Tubing and wireline interventions, acid, nitrogen, Co2 injections, well test and frack flow back operationsCareer Objectives:

Advisor to (FEED) completion design application and on-site supervising wells since 1996. Overseeing numerous types of workovers, completions, intervention operations and flow backs. Experienced in hydraulic fracture stimulation and installations of horizontal and vertical wells in the Haynesville Shale & Austin Chalk. Performing thru-tubing drill outs, clean outs and displacements on coil tubing on cased hole PNP to OHMS horizontal fracks. Coordinating frac’s, re-frac’s on Workover rigs, Drilling rigs and HWO operations on Snubbing Units. Supervising multiple teams on rig & rig-less operations for a great number of companies, communicating with multiple teams and orchestrating logistics of equipment and personnel to the wellsite, collectively addressing HS&E to supervisors on SIMOPS with a focus on safety to achieve the common goal. Contributing to pre-well planning, working with managers and engineers to generate well planners / forecasts to achieve well work operational efficiency, tracking and reporting for future planning, resulting in achieving AFE budgets.
