SCHOOL PROJECTS.
I carried out a research on using waste substances to prevent corrosion of metals.
I used the various parts of pawpaw and watermelon (rind, mesocarp, and the edible parts) on mild steel. Water was used as the control environment, and I compared the rate of corrosion of mild steel in water environment to the various parts of watermelon and pawpaw environments.

•Worked closely with the deputy production manager in the day to day supervision of production activities..
•Worked in the quality assurance department in determining the quality of water being produced.
•Carried out the various water treatment test. Physical test (turbidity and colour), chemical test (pH) and bacteriological test.
•Testing of alum grades.
•Ability to operate the control switch use for the dislodging of sedimentation tanks and backwashing of filtration tanks.
•Worked with the maintenance department in the repairs and servicing of pumps and machine use in the waterworks.
•Ability to detect faulty centrifugal pumps, alum dosing pumps, flocculators, hypo and lime dosing pumps and carry out general maintenance.
•Introduced new Corp members to the basis of what goes on in the waterworks.
