Accomplishments
I was personally involved with establish HARTS CNG inspection process, maintenance PMI’s and safety procedures from the ground up. During this time I was placed in training for Technical Service Manager. That position was later eliminated due to budgetary cuts. I have taking on a majority of those functions and responsibilities. Later during a management transitional period, I assumed the role of Fleet Maintenance Manager for six months while still taking care of my previous responsibilities.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY – Mechanic Shop and Breakdown Supervisor
I started at Forward Air as a mechanic I worked in just about every section of our shop and on my days off, I worked part time as a tire technician. A two years after, I was asked to be a Shop Forman and later on a Shop Supervisor. After a five more years, I was asked if I would move to the west coast and placed in charge of the vehicle maintenance of that region. When I came back from that tasking, I was responsible for the handling driver accident reports, repairs, claims, estimates reviews and payments to vendors. I was also part of a team that was tasked with rapid response to driver breakdowns.
