Centennial. Metasolv Upgrade. (2005-2006) (18 months). This project impacted the whole company, Project involved the upgrade of the provision, sales, IT and finance platform. The project team was about 70 people plus users. Medtronic. (IT Infrastructure Project) (2005) (5 months). This project involved the re-design, evaluation, implementation and audit of a new tape and cartridges center. More than twenty people were involved. Cruz Azul. BCP (Business Continuity Process) (2004-2005) (16 months). Design, plan, execute, technical test and user acceptance test. This project impacted every single area in the company and most the personnel were involved. CANTV. Y2K Project. (1998-2000) (24 months). This project invested $70 million in changing technologies, hardware, software, equipment, applications, environments, networks and resources.
