Scheduling all personnel for cGMP’s, CPR, and OSHA training as required.

Performing Quality Control on all collection equipment on a monthly schedule, informing maintenance staff of necessary repairs or replacement of equipment.

Maintaining QC records and reports, training staff to perform quality controls when necessary.

Ordering and re-stocking supplies, equipment and refreshments needed for blood collections.

Being proficient on all the required software functions related to blood collections.

Assuming patient screening, and phlebotomy duties as needed up to and including red cell apheresis.

Performing other duties and functions as required by the Donor Services Director: o Communicating with the Company’s departments to ensure proper staffing. o Being accommodating and compassionate when dealing with the “traumas” of scheduling staff. o Taking initiative above and beyond the job responsibilities. o Being competent and reliable, showing respect for fellow employees as well as customers. Fluent in Spanish
