I am currently employed at BBF Safety Group in Pinetown as a marketing / sales intern. I am however, looking for growth opportunities as feel I have now gained enough experience as an intern and need something stable and more challenging, that way, the knowledge and skills I have gained thus far will be enhanced. I am a hardworking individual who is able to work under pressure and meet set deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES COMPRISE OF:

MARKETING INTERN AT BBFSAFETY GROUP

Briefing relevant agencies on artwork for print ads, online banners, store signage, flyers, catalogues, posters, digital billboards, street poles and vehicle branding

Proof reading the copy and checking product images and specs before the marketing material goes to print

Signing off artwork

Sourcing gifts and compiling gift packs (goodie bags) for internal and client events and organising delivery thereof

Organising and setting up relevant branding at marketing related events i.e golf days

Management of the stock / storeroom and order more stock when neccessary

Coordinating production of catalogues, posters, desk pads, diaries, display stands and banners for exhibitions and internal events

Dividing catalogues amongst the sales team for their clients in respective areas

Being the point of contact for when the sales team (KAMSs and product consultants) need marketing materials created specifically for their clients

Sending through product information i.e images, product specs, logos e.t.c to clients upon request

Assisting with execution of the trade shows

Organising and managing gift vouchers for all brands to be given away at trade shows

Receiving online product related enquiries from potential customers and forwarding them to relevant KAMS and following up on the process thereafter

Working closely with the courier companies for the collection and delivering of marketing materials to various destinations, and following up thereafter

Liaising and sending waybills through to customers so they can track delivery of marketing materials for their events

Responsible for ordering corporate clothing for all divisions and seeing to it that the relevant branding is placed in the right area

Responsible for sourcing quotes from different suppliers for different marketing materials and sending them for approval to the brand managers for sign off

Managing the CSI projects from when the request is sent to when it has been attended to, after the donation has been made, thereafter making sure we have the confirmation letter of the received the donated goods / funds

Organising stock of new or updated products for photoshoots and briefing the relevant agency to upload on the website and update catalogue
