Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, reviewing resumes, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.

Onboard new hires.

Process and submit payroll weekly for 150 employees.

Monitor and maintain employee hours in Kronos.

Create and update trending reports for weekly hours, overtime, production, etc.
