29th October 2007 to till date working with Dynatrade Automotive Group in Sharjah as SERVICE INCHARGE in a multi utility Passenger Car Service centre(80% Lexus & Toyota), having daily average inflow of above 120 vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Managing daily workshop operations, TAT monitoring and control, PIIS monitoring and control, follow up on customer concerns on service and to maximize CSI rate, customer handling, negotiation and decision making on critical issues, warranty and technical administration, technical problem solving, maximize and ensure the workshop equipments are utilized effectively, preparing daily report to head office, preparing weekly target assessments wrt inflow to meet the target set by management and follow ups to achieve the same.

To maintain the integrity of the division by ensuring that the service department complies with established procedures and meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for achieving sales and financial targets against agreed service department plans.

Ensures that department meets the quality objectives and standard.
