September 2016 to currently.

Working at Ckdpack Inc. as Senior Design Engineer and Customer service for Mexico. Responsible for design (CATIA, NX and Solidworks), development and manufacture of Racks and Containers. Responsible for logistics, deliveries, import process, invoices, problem solving at customer's plant (VW, GM and Chrysler), development of quotes and search of new potential customers. March 2013 to May 2016

I worked at Plastic-Tec as a design Engineer. Developing proposals for robust design for vehicle interiors in CATIA v5, development surfaces Class B for plastic parts, design proposals and redesign, modifications, analysis of manufacturability, (center consoles, IP, air vents, panels, moldings, doors, moldings trunk, glove boxes, hoppers, fans, etc.), creation of 2D Drawings, applying GD&T, and norms according each customer request (Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, Mazda). Elaboration and support to DFMEA approval and release process. I worked at Ford Motor Company as a design engineer. Developed for robust design proposals for vehicle interiors in CATIA v5 plastic and foam components (hard trim, floor mats and foams), creation of 2D Drawings, applying GD&T, and norms. Working in Ford Product Development Center in Dearborn, Michigan during 6 months period, working on different projects. Projects Administration in TEAM CENTER and Wers. Development of DPA's (interference analysis), OPD's (engineering change), maintaining continuous contact with equipment engineering, procurement and supervisors in both Mexico and the United States for release in a timely manner at each stage of the project.

Taught courses CATIA v5 (solid, drafting and basic surfaces) in the ITESM Toluca campus, with the D4 company.

August 2008 to January 2010

I worked at Autoliv as a design and product engineer, creating proposals for the manufacture of devices and components for assembly lines; likewise, proposals development for cost reduction retractors, buckles and PBP's for different platforms (Chrysler, VW, BMW, GM, Ford), development of 3D models, drawings, release and loading them into the system via PLM. June 2007 to September 2007-09-26

I worked at Magna Toluca as product engineer and manufacture for JC-49 Chrysler project, developing FMEA, flowcharts in CITRIX and TRANS4M system, Created operation instruction and reworked sheets, visual aids, release of masters for inspection, rework matrix processing, personnel coordination, arrival and release of molds and equipment for the assembly line and hard door trim.

February 2006 to May 2007.

I worked at Robert Bosch as a product Engineer in the development department for FPG, FPG2 motors (door windows) and API, AHC (engines for sunroof and seat), for different platforms.

I worked at HELLA (electro-optic) as a development engineer for the GMT 900 (CHMSL) projects; tailamps: GMT 921/931 (Suburban and Tahoe), GMT 941 (Avalanche) and GMT 946 (Escalade);

Project management (equipment purchases, budget, Register and deregister materials, testing, and no fixed assets, etc.) with the SAP system.
