Roles and Responsibility:

Handling all operational activities namely receiving parts from vendors, managing stock keeping at warehouse, managing customer orders, purchase order creation & execution, managing processes related to picking, packing, shipping & delivery, and payment re-conciliations with partners.

Coordinating with Suppliers to collect parts and manage stock variance nil.

Interacting with partners to resolve their queries regarding delivery of orders, returning orders and part status.

Collecting data for analysis and generating reports.

Working in close co-ordination with Partners, Sub-contractors and Vendors for fulfilling orders within the SLA.

As the RWH in-charge handling TVS Printer stores and parts transaction for other brands like DELL, Lenovo, EDC, Gunnebo, India Transact.

Regarding TVSE Printer transaction process, will be dispatching good parts to the vendors according to the call status by creating PR PO using SAP.

Following with vendors to get the defective parts back, and acknowledging the parts according to company standards.

Following with the logistics team to get the delivery and pickup of the parts.

Regarding the DELL & Lenovo process, part will be received from Brand through DHL.

According to the call status parts are issued to Field Engineer’s.

Defective parts will be collected from the Engineer’s and the same will be dispatched to the Brand with proper invoice through DHL.

Following with the Finance team for vendor payments.

Roles and Responsibility:

As a Trainee started to work in the fields like Logistics Warehousing Dispatching Tracking Documents creation.

In Logistics, pulling the dispatch report (PAN INDIA) from the system and publishing report in structural format. Following with the RWH In charges to get the pending’s closed.

In Warehousing, doing a perpetual audit all days and publishing the report on daily basis. Maintaining 5S in the WH. Maintaining Bins for all SKQ’s.

In Dispatching, according to RWH requirements and as per parts planner instructions parts will be dispatched to respective regions.

Once dispatched POD details are properly updated in the system and it is been tracked with the logistics team to get this deliver to the customer.

Documents creation for the Invoices which are moving to Road tax regions. Proper Online forms are created and connected in the logistics to avoid custom’s issue.

Regarding TVS-E calls have to Dispatch the good parts to the vendors within a TAT of 3 days.

Have to collect the Defective parts from the vendors before 10 days of call closure.

Have to achieve the PRE (Part Return Efficiency) of the previous month before 15th of next month.

Achieved 100% PRE every time.

Regarding the DELL & Lenovo parts have to issue the part on timely basis and return the Defective parts to brand within 10 days.

Achieved >95% part return for DELL & Leno
