Job Purpose

To act as a contact point with trade partners to provide a value added service by processing information relating to orders, deliveries, inquiries and requests about products and services.

Key Performance Areas:

Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners regarding supply chain and logistics

Act as a contact point for orders from retail trade partners, validate pricing, process orders on Pastel and print final invoices

Schedule dates for delivery of stock to trade partners by communicating and coordinating with retail trade partners and internal departments

Consolidate sell out reports received from trade partners and compile weekly and monthly internal report

Liaise with trade partners and courier company on POD’s and any discrepancies

Liaise with trade partners regarding trade returns process

Access trade partner portals to order price labels for machines

Monitor trade packaging quantities and re-order with supplier when stock is low

Summarise both trade partners and promoting companies weekly sales and submit to finance
