About Company : Winsome Yarns Ltd. has one spinning unit in Dera Bassi,Punjab and one knitting unit in Mohali that is also in Punjab. It is ISO- 9001 Company manufacturer of Yarns and having 5 position in north India .The Company has approx. 550 crore of turnover yearly and which is get increased year after year

2.Company : NK Sharma Group

Worked with NK Sharma Group which is situated in Zirkpur,Distt. Mohali, as a Executive HR from Feb 2011 to Jun 2013.

About Company : NK Sharma Group is one of the leading construction group in North India and constructing Flats and Apartment in all over the Punjab (specially near Tri city), Himachal, Haryana .

Job Responsibilities :

Recruitment

• Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.

• Resourcing, manpower from different state by rout surway .

• Short listing on the based on desired skills and experience.

• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.

• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

Training & Development:

• Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and

Training programe

• Conducting internal trainings.

• Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.

• Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.

• Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.

• Planning and organizing TSC (Textile Skill Council) trainings.

• Preparing reports or area of improvements after observing training programs.

HR Administration:

• Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.

• Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.

• Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
