JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in Fabrication & Erection.

Besides alignment checks, inspection & completion reports are also to be generated.

Column alignment check for column encasing & Grouting work.

Welder qualification test.

DP/RT test during fabrication.

Silo structure fabrication & erection, Fabrication work involved during equipment erection.

Structure work of CFBC Boiler, (ISGEC) including staircase and platform

Piping Erection and Welding as per P & ID, High pressure IBR line.

Assembly of all pressure parts unit like superheater, riser, downcomer, evaporator, water wall panels etc.

Worked on complete Pressure parts of 70X2 TPH CFBC Boiler (ISGEC) and successfully done Hydro Test of Boiler and Main Steam Line.

FD, ID, PA fan, APH, Mill, feeder, soot blower and BFP commissioning.

Trial testing of different equipment, Air tightness test of furnace, ESP, G.D. test

Successfully completed the commissioning activities of Boiler including RDO (Refractory Dry Out), Chemical Cleaning, Flushing, Steam Blowing, Safety Valve Floating & Light up etc of Boiler.
