My previous jobs have endowed me with more skills I need to equip for handling administrative work. In addition, I also have abilities and experience in information-gathering, analyzing, positive relationship- building, negotiating, pressure-managing, communicating, organizing, and detailed drafting, preparation of documentation. Being detailed and a perfectionist doesn’t affect my high-efficiency. As for my personality, I am a loyal hard worker and grateful for every opportunity I have ever been given to. I currently work as an Administrative Assistant at a start-up company I built up with employers from scratch. After finishing doing the work with the team to get business start, as the Administrative Assistant, I draft, edit and proofread documentation related to the immigration policy and many more like time sheets, sales receipts, clients’ contracts and all types of necessary forms for clients. Besides the usual administrative work like screening calls, I research about immigration policy daily to draft and update brochures of all the existing immigration programs. I also handle office space-searching and clients-negotiating. Since the company is starting up, I also do Marketing works like providing clients advices with consultants based on knowledge and case analysis, and delivering client service regarding the whole process from clients’ initial consultation till I successfully sell them the service.
