●Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer.

●Determine when process stability and capability studies,should be performed on existing process . review and analyse results.

●Participate in the APQP activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement system.during new tool or process design and stand up.

●Coordinate pre launch production trial run process monitoring.

●Participate in the development of FMEA, maintain CONTROL PLANS & FMEA throughout the life of part.
