Provide an adequate treatment for the patient.

Take and record of patient weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate and respiration rate

Clean area of access, using antiseptic solution and technique

Calculates fluid removal or replacement

Instruct patients in the care of fistulas, grafts and Subclavian and Internal Juglar catheter access.

Review dialysis orders, notes general physical and mental condition of patient through observations and interview, provide data to determine compliance to dietary or medical regimen.

Mix and test Bicarbonate for dialysis use.

Mix and test Acid for dialysis use.

Bleach machine and document weekly

Perform Chemical Ozone weekly.
