I am a detailed person focus on QA processes. I have 16 years of experience in Quality Assurance, 2 years of experience in development and 3 years of experience in as BA, learning methodologies and techniques like, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. I participated in production support, end to end, UAT and integration projects, using different technologies like Salesforce, Sharepoint, Umbraco, Responsive, XML – web services, based on user experience and focus on Windows, Mac platforms, and also in mobile (Android, Win. Phone, Firefox OS, and iOS). I also worked in maintenance projects learning about automation with Java in which I used Eclipse, Jenkins, SQL server, web services, etc.

During my professional career I learned about UML, Objective C, Swift, Test Plan design, Strategy Plan design, Progression and Regression coverage, SaopUI, Charles, Parasoft, Eclipse, Netbeans, Xcode. Regarding the testing techniques, I learned about exploratory testing, white box, black box, code review, automation.
