In charge of the implementation of the S&OP process in the Active Cosmetic Division considering regular products, promotional and launches based on a rolling 18 months horizon reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Made effective the change of the main supplying plant of finished goods from Panama to France with a reduction of 55% in procurement costs.

Responsible for the creation of monthly procurement plans for supplying plants and the follow-up to storage of products in the warehouse.

Performed analysis of products without movement to reduce pallet position costs by 28% in the warehouse.

According to the company's indicators; the S&OP process helped to increase the Forecast Accuracy level by 23%, the Customer Service Level to 98.6%, the Damaged Products decreased by 33%, the Slow Moving Inventory decreased by 29% and the Obsolete Products were eliminated.
