Program and Management Analysis – I researched detailed information for Civil Investigators (CI), Enforcement Project Managers (EMP) and Remedial Project Managers (RPM) by using various electronic systems tracking systems and reliable websites, such as, Superfund Enterprise Management System (SEMS), CLEAR (an online investigation software) EPA On-Scene Coordinators website (EPAOSC) and Secretary of State websites to assemble, summarize and analyze data by developing reports, and electronic spreadsheets to present to Civil Investigators on findings, which were essential in, investigating and tracking information on businesses and individuals – Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) responsible for hazard contaminants to the general public.
I compiled, formatted and inserted information into General Notice Letters (GNL), and Demand Letters for delinquency of payment to EPA for their cleanup of any hazardous chemicals. I sent out notices to PRPs for specific actions to be generated on their part and provided updates to EPA on enforcement and pending cases.
I interpreted and worked under guidelines established by policies such as Classified and Non-classified Information and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA- United States federal law designed to clean up sites contaminated with hazardous substances) and Confidential Business Information (CBI) to perform my duties.
Records Management – I kept accurate and secured a variety of files from tracking and reporting systems for research and reports in accordance with CERCLA and CBI policies.

Administrative Support
Program and Management Analysis – I attended administrative meetings to explain and interpret administrative policies and procedures, to discuss significant operating issues, and to provide input on program planning and management decisions. I continually evaluated the quality, effectiveness, and responsiveness of services provided and initiated improvements where possible.
Property and Fleet Management – I provided general administrative support related to office supplies, office property and office moves, which included furniture, equipment, telephones, and short-term storage. I worked with other offices to arrange and coordinate such activities. I prepared the necessary documents for property accession and de-accession. I conducted periodic surveys of equipment and property utilization and recommended action as necessary to assure that economical and efficient use is made of equipment and other property. Transit Management – I informed the staff of new policies, procedures, new rules such as travel procedures and new information pertaining to credit card holders. I provided ITSO with set-up provisions for new employees, such as their building location, room number, phone and voicemail services, etc. I also assisted in the departure of a contractor or a retiree.
I kept an accurate log on an Excel spreadsheet tracking H1N1 to maintain an accurate log for accountability of employees for deployment during an emergency. I kept an accurate spreadsheet on mandatory training and I tracked equipment such as desktops, laptops and blackberries (data Entry). I assisted in reviewing contracts and I kept an accurate log of contracts on a spreadsheet. The log included data such as, Privacy Act and IT Security Clearance and other information pertaining to contracts.

Customer Service Functions – I used established procedures to complete all travel arrangements for staff members, including making necessary hotel reservations and providing advantageous travel for the government. I used the CDC's GovTrip travel system for preparing travel orders, requests for travel authorization and travel vouchers. I also used the Sabre, Omega and the CDC Mainframe travel systems to make reservations. I ensured that regulations related to reimbursable, in-kind and foreign travel by CIO staff are applied appropriately. I handled all avenues of communication with constituents, including receiving national and international visitors, responding to caller’s questions with general, non-technical information or referred them to the proper CIO or CDC staff. I scheduled conference rooms for various meetings and inputted meetings on the website in SharePoint.
I inputted time and attendance and training orders. I scheduled meetings and updated my supervisor’s calendar. I sent out information to staff members via emails and or telephone conversations to update meetings. I independently received, scheduled, referred and contacted members of the staff, agency and persons outside the organization, ranging from other government agencies to the public. I processed incoming and outgoing material such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication. I researched files and assembled background information on the subject of incoming material as needed. I controlled and monitored Secretarial and Congressional correspondence that was assigned to me. I transcribed minutes from meetings. I proofread contracts for the correct language for proposals to the government and maintained files concerning government contracts.
I supported the Lead, Poisoning and Prevention Branch in Washington, D.C. by inputting data into an Excel spreadsheet concerning lead in water in the Washington, D.C.
I inspected offices in the Office of Information Systems (OIS) to ensure that employees were in compliance with CDC Safety Rules and eliminated and prevented hazard conditions in the workplace. speeches, reports, and met deadlines. Other duties were: editing, proofreading;

Accomplishments:
I volunteered to be a member of a Work Task Group to enhance employee growth and development throughout NCEH/ATSDR. I developed and became Chairperson of a sub-committee pertaining to a Work Task Group, which centered on employees concerns pertaining to the necessary training each employee would need for essential growth and high morale throughout the Agency. I received a Letter of Appreciation and a cash award.
I volunteered to input data entry information into a database concerning
lead in water around the Washington, D.C. area.
Program and Management Analysis - I researched and collected data in and outside of CDC to produce a report on the untreated syphilis cases in the 1940’s, which was later forwarded to former President Clinton.
